Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
For print-on-demand and made-to-order products, production time is included in this processing window.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days after processing
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Made-to-Order Products (Important)
Many of our items are custom printed on demand, meaning they are created specifically after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and ensures quality, but may slightly increase fulfillment time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and select international countries. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email].
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement.
